1. What are your payment options?

Paypal, GCash or bank deposit/transfer. Payment details are provided AFTER filling up the details for shipping purposes upon checkout.

2. What are your shipping methods? how much?

We ship via LBC, J&T or Borzo. Expect orders to be delivered 3-8 working days within metro manila and 4-10 working days for provincial areas. The shipping rate within Metro Manila is Php 170 and Provincial is Php 285. Shipping may slightly change depending on the weight.

3. Do you ship abroad?

Yes. We can ship via LBC or DHL. If you have any preferred courier, we're open to discuss.

4. How long is an Order On Reserve?

We hold items for 48 hours. Please make sure to pay within the 48 hour period and send us proof of payment for us to process the payment. Orders will not be processed until the full payment is made.

5. What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

Within 2 working days from receipt of package by the customer, he/she must notify us via email (kul.headquarters@gmail.com) specifying the reason and the color, style and/or size for exchange. 

Exchange will be subject to assessment by our team. If the exchange is available, KUL team will immediately notify the customer to send back the item/s to the standard return address within 2 working days from KUL team’s advisement. Returns and refunds are NOT allowed. We will only allow a one-time exchange. 

      - For hygiene purposes: Item/s must be in its original/marketable condition (unwashed, unworn, and has NO visible damage, stains, and odor).

      - Item/s to be exchange must be equal or higher than the purchased amount of the customer. For item/s of greater amount, customer must complete the remaining balance to process the exchange.

   - All shipping fees involved in the exchange are shouldered by the customer. Pick-ups for exchange should be done within 5 working days upon advisement from KUL team that the item/s is ready for pick-up. 

   - Items bought online can only be exchanged online. For in-store purchases, you may only exchange the item in the store it was purchased in.  

   - For International orders, we are unable to offer exchange services at the moment. The company will inform the customer if the item/s for exchange is available.

6. What if my items are damaged?

All item/s sold go through our quality control procedures and we inspect every item/s before it is shipped out to the customer. However, there are times when item/s is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly assess then replace the item/s. Item/s delivered with defect/s must be reported immediately within 2 working days upon receipt of package by the customer. 

Item/s returned that is described as damaged or defective will be assessed by our team, and if found defective or damaged, we will replace the item/s and pay for the appropriate shipping costs related to the return and exchange of damaged item/s. 

If item/s is deemed damaged due to misuse or change customer’s mind, no pick-up or return will be made, unless customer is willing to shoulder shipping fees and necessary costs associated to  the exchange and re-delivery.

7. How long does it take to process my order?

We process orders from 8am-5pm on weekdays (not including holidays). Orders made during that time are processed within the next 2 days. Orders made in the evenings or during the weekend/holidays are processed on the next working day.

Please allow a MAXIMUM lead time upon payment of 3-8 working days within metro Manila and 4-10 working days for provincial areas, once payment is received. Expect an update from our end when your order is ready for shipment.

8. How would I know if my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text from KUL within 48 hours, please send us a message containing the details of your order.

9. Office hours and inquiries?

Our office is open on Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Please allow us a maximum of 48 hours working day turnaround time to reply to your questions or concerns.

10. What are your showroom hours?
